To the jail of Austin County about the 10 inst., as a runaway slave a Negro calling himself George, and says he belongs to Alfred Massengale on Little River in Milam County. Said slave is about twenty six years of age, five feet, five inches high, black complexion, scar on the breast.
The owner will come and take away said slave, or he will be disposed of as required by law.
