Ruby Lee Little was born in Milam County, Texas on November 4, 1941. She was the daughter of Elmer B. Little and wife Ruthie Mae Baggerly.
Ruby married James Robert Black. They had two children: James Robert Black, Jr.; and, Charles Edward Black. Ruby died died in Lubbock County, Texas on July 9, 1975.
